When you place a bid or subscribe for new-car alerts, we collect your name (where given), mobile number, email address, and details of the vehicle(s) or vehicle type you are interested in, together with any budget range you provide.

We use this information to verify you by one-time password (OTP) before accepting a bid; to contact you about your bid or subscription by SMS, WhatsApp, phone or email; and, only where you have given consent, to notify you about new vehicles or price updates that may interest you.

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give at the point of collection (the bid form or the subscribe form), and to take steps you request (such as verifying your bid). You may withdraw marketing consent at any time using the contact details on this page; withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before your withdrawal.

Your mobile number and email are shared only with our SMS/communication service provider, solely to deliver the OTP and notification messages described above. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

We retain your data for as long as reasonably needed to run the buyer lead pool this website exists to build, or until you ask us to erase it, whichever is sooner.
