No payment, deposit, or advance of any kind is collected, processed, or held through this website. All commercial terms — price, advance, and final payment — are agreed and settled directly between you and the dealer, offline, through the dealer's own means.

To place a bid, we verify your mobile number by a one-time password (OTP). Repeated no-shows, abusive conduct, or fraudulent bids may result in your phone number and email being temporarily or permanently blocked from bidding on this website, at the dealer's discretion.

We make every reasonable effort to describe each vehicle's condition accurately, including known repairs, tyre condition, ownership history and other details shown on the vehicle's page. These details are provided in good faith and do not replace your own independent inspection before purchase.

This website is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superseven Motrz is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Alappuzha, Kerala shall have jurisdiction.
